I was playing basketball and I made a quick shuffle and as soon as I planted my left leg, if gave out and I collapsed. It was really painful for the next few minutes and I got up and could walk but anytime I moved a bit quicker or changed direction suddenly it would pain alot and almost give out. There is a little swelling on the side of the knee.

Also what should i do now, etc. should I ice it and heat it or should i just rest and wait it out for the night?

ok, i read it 4 years ago and it was a myster/ creepy book series. The author would write creepy novels which don't relate with each other but are similar in "creppyness" or 'weirdness". i remember this one book from her collection where the main character is a girl who is 17 years old and her dad is getting engaged to another woman who also has children. That woman is very strict and her children obey her. as the plot goes on the main character finds out that the "about be Mom and siblings" which she is abut to be connected with don't grow or aren't affected by time. that means that the 14 year old daughter, the woman and the son dont age. I know its weird but it was very pleasing to read. Does anyone know the novel or author, its driving me crazy!

I loved reading The Shadow of the Wind, its one of my favorite novels which i treasure and I will always remember it. I ordered The Angles Game, another translated novel of Zafon but can you guys help me on finding novels similar to The shadow of the Wind. A genre with Suspense/Romance/Horror in those lines. I read some reviews for similar books but I wasn't sure? Thank you guys!

Do you guys like this game, ive player the demo and its way different than any other cricket game, so many more options and stuff. The graphics are okay.. the crowd is horrendous, i mean come on its 2009, cant hey make the crowd better.. Im just waiting for the wii game to come out.. Cricket on Wii !! I traded Turner and White for Portis and Chris Johnson and i thought i would get more numbers with Johnson and Portis.

And I traded Bruce for Jerricho

And threw in Lynch since I would Have Portis and Chris and Lynch suspended for 3 games

Do You Think it was a good Trade, I think so since i would get more points, and i ended up keeping Boldin as well?
