Got the Covid Vaccine, is this normal?

I just got the second dose of Moderna about 2 days ago. The first dose, I had barely any symptoms, but this time I was hit hard.

About 4 hours after my vaccine, I developed a lowgrade fever, chills, a headache, and extreme arm pain on my left side (where I got the vaccine). I feel better now, except I’m currently experiencing unusual symptoms that I can’t find anyone else sharing my experience online.

I currently have severe neck and arm pain on my RIGHT side (NOT the side I got the injection). I have really severe muscle aching in my upper right arm, along with the right side of my neck, and if I lay on my right side, I get this weird painful stomach heart burn feeling.

Is this normal? Why would I be experiencing such pain on just the other side of my body?

My mom hasn’t had a bowel movement and needs help?

My mom has diverticulitis. She contacted her doctor and her doc won’t see her for another 5 days. She hasn’t had a bowel movement in 4 days and is in pain. She’s tried fiber and OTC meds and even pressure points. Nothing is working and she can’t wait 5 more days. Does anyone have any recommendations that would help?

*Note: if it gets too bad, I will be taking here to urgent care because her doctor is not helping. I’m just hoping to get her some relief today.

How do I get my Dad not to hurt me anymore?

    Favourite answer:

Pray about it.  Ask Jesus to save you and help you.  Read the New Testament.  Start with the Gospel of John.  There are answers to life's problems in the Bible.  Pray for your father to get saved.  Pray that God will change him.  I will pray for you too.  Look up Philippians 4:6-8.  If you are over 18, find a way to move out if it's unbearable.  Go to a shelter if you have to.    If not 18 yet  but old enough to work, save your money so that you will be ready to move when you turn 18.

You have a Father in heaven who loves you.

Your father was probably badly treated as a child and it made him that way.  He thinks it's normal behavior.

Are my Covid vaccine symptoms bad enough to go to the hospital?

I deal with chronic inflammation problems and the J&J vaccine has made it to where I can’t sit down, lay down, walk, go to the bathroom, or move at all without pain all over my major muscles and every joint. I didn’t know most of my body could gave this much pain. It’s also interacting badly with my anxiety meds and giving me awful side effects like brain fog and brain zaps. Should I report this to the CDC, go to the hospital, just wait it out? I’m a college student so I don’t have the money to pay for a hospital trip in my own but I can’t get any work done for my classes since I’m pretty much bedridden from pain in my hips and back.

what should i do about my health situation?

I have had a back injury since october of 2019 that i got at work, i wake up one morning and have severe pain in my mid back, i tried everything from pain meds, to heat packs, PT and even a chiropractor, none of them worked, the chiropractor seemed to help a bit but nothing in the long wrong, my pain has only got worse or stayed the same a year and a half later, i dont have an actual doctor but a nurse practioner which is my regular PCP, she has been less then helpful and suggests it will eventually get better even tho it has not, anything that lasts 3 months or longer i heard is considered chronic, my problem is not bones its muscles, back pain is very tricky i hear, my chiropractor suggested i do x rays, ct scans and mris, my PCP is very skeptical of all that saying it is not nessessary, but we did x rays and it showed everything is fine with me, again xrays are for bones not muscles but she says ct scans and mris are very expensive, im even willing to pay 1 or 2 ground out of pocket if i have to at the hospital to do it since she says my insurance may not cover it or its not important enough to her, i really believe the ct scans and mris will show something, i believe my muscles are either dislocated or torn totally, i know something is wrong and its been this way for over a year now, should i just pony up the dough and pay out of pocket? i have medicaid but that is all

When to go to the e.r?

I've been having slightly bloody stools for a month. Less than a week ago it started to become painful and now I get somewhat severe pain for 15 minutes or so at random under my right ribcage. It comes and goes and I was told to see an e.r if it became worse but I don't want to go without a good enough reason and I don't want to walk in there and not have a good enough reason. What do I do?

I'm 19.I've been experiencing headaches/Migraines for 6 years. Brain CT came back clear but my migraines pain is increasing. ?

Hi, I'm 19 years old and I've been experiencing headaches/Migraines for 6 years. The doctors said it was school stress but I matriculated in 2019 and haven't had any stress related problems. I did a Brain CT and it came back clear. The Doctors gave me Amitriptyline HCI 10mg, Ibuprofen 200mg and Adco Napamol for the pain. I'm still getting these headaches and the pain is increasing everytime I get them. I also am Nauseous, can't focus and sometimes the pain is too strong that I can't sleep most times.

Why am I getting pain from a wrist break 9 years ago?

9 years ago I broke my wrist and it healed in 6 months or so. So far this year I'm getting pain in the same spot from just rotating my wrist towards myself. I also can't really do push ups or yoga because it hurts while doing it.

After having the Covid Vaccine how did u feel after a few hours ?

    Favourite answer:

Yes.  It has been VERY well publicized that people tend to have a wide variety of side-effects/symptoms including fever, body aches, head ache, arm soreness, extreme fatigue, and every single other OCIVD_19 symptom.  These usually resolve in 48-hours of getting the injection.

    Sudden lower back pain?

    Favourite answer:

I sure couldn't give a better diagnosis than your private doctor.  I would think he would have x-rayed your back to see if there was a disk problem.  It sounds more like a muscle strain than a damaged or herniated disk.  Your back is very important.  It would be worth the money to see a specialist, take and MRI, and be certain that there is not a serious injury before doing various activities.  The specialist can also give advice about exercises to strengthen the back.  I have found Yoga exercises to be a back saver.  This is only if you haven't injured your back.  There are alot of muscles pulling on your spine.  Flexible muscles is the key to a flexible spine.  "You are as old as your spine is flexible" is a yoga adage.  Richard Hitleman's 28-day Yoga Exercise Plan is a great way to begin Yoga.
