I waited a long 30 days period calling every 3 days once with the same routine reply we will dispatch this week like and booked 3 complaints in their complaint box. here in i am pasting the complaints and answered ones here for reference? I am in confusion what to do now? can you people guide me in this. I called every time STD [ no customer care toll free service, No chat service, No response to individual mails and now i am getting response to my last complaint also after registering]

i had 2GB Rams 2 nos. in my system. While working suddenly system stopped with beep sound and no signal..While I called my hardware supporter, he checked and told one of the Ram failed. He removed that, my system restored. He told told u need to go for new one for to maintain speed. Why it failed? Are there any specific reasons for it?

i am using BSNL wire brand band connection. I had back up with dry battery based ups[inverter] - covering 4 ceiling fans, 4 tube lights, 1 system and 1 flat tv. It is quite unfortunate since 2 months i am loosing brand band[internet] connection whenever POWER FAILS. In the meantime all other electrical load including system working normally even without blinking. The BSNL personnel saying it is your UPs [inverter]fault, where as the inverter supplier saying nothing fault as every electrical unit working normal including system. What may the cause? Any technical problem? Please have your technical opinions.

i am using bs nl broad band service since 2 years. I am under Rs.500 monthly plan - with 1GB down load free along with 175 calls of re.1. I want to know the billing of services, as recently i am getting more charges towards broad band services. I am in broad band connectivity of 4 hours a day with very less downloading. Preferably i do check my messages/mails and sending replies. By connecting 4 hours a day even when not downloading anything will be chargeable extra? How the MB/GB downloading accountable for charging. At what rate they will charge each extra MB. I have sent an mail for service providers, so far no reply. For the month of July the providers charged rs.1751.00 extra[apart from rs.500.00] towards broadband. I am somewhat confused of my usage or is it wrong billing?
