Humans turn O2 into CO2, right? So why wont the atomosphere turn into Co2 ever?

Oxygenic photosynthesis.  Marine phytoplankton, and plants, produce oxygen and absorb/decrease environmental carbon dioxide.

Air is a mixture of gases not just oxygen as you seem to imply. It is, in fact, mainly dinitrogen.

Carbon dioxide is removed from the atmopshere by photosynthesising organisms and it dissolves in the oceans.

Oxygen is replenished in the atmosphere by oxygenic photosynthesis.
