How would you feel about having pancakes and sausages for breakfast?

Yes Please!  With hash browned potatoes and two eggs, over easy, served on top of the potatoes so the runny yolk soaks in.

I love pancakes and sausages, so, yes!

It's a couple of times a year treat. A Christmas morning tradition, and one trip a year to the famous (in these parts) pancake house 75 miles away for their incredibly light buckwheat cakes and maple syrup made on site. You can watch the syrup being tapped and boiled down.  Haven't gone the last two years - they are open only 6-7 weeks each season - because of COVID.  Last year they were closed, this year was take out only, which isn't worth the drive for - it's always been all you can eat.

Preferably mixed together.

I am fine with that. Also generally I prefer waffles and sausages. Or a cheese omelet with bacon and whole-grain toast.

That is a great combination - the savory offsets the sweet.
