How do republicans explain the fact that 60+ judges threw out Toad Dick's claims that the election was stolen?

Update:

So in other words, republicans can't back up their claims the election was stolen.

Update 2:

BTW, some of the judges that threw out the case were appointed by Toad Dick himself.

The ket word in your question is "fact".  I've never heard a democrat refer to "alternative facts", that's purely a republican thing.  If they don't like the facts, they make up their own.

They clam the evidence wasn't "allowed" to be heard in court.  This is false.  The judges, both republican and democratic appointees, reviewed the evidence and found it had no merit.

Of the 60+ cases presented, only 2 actually claimed fraud, and again the evidence had no merit.

The. idea that judges didn't hear the cases because they had death threats, or didn't want to trigger civil unrest is inane, and has no basis in fact.  If a republican appointed judge had a case with merit, they would have love to hear it.

The election was stolen, that was obvious.

They just put with the rest of their imaginary persecution.

Source(s): Notice how Republicans still won't provide any evidence? Why is that?

they make up all kinds of stuff, like deep state and the Kraken.

The deep state runs deep. It isn't a question if the election was compromised, it is for how long and how many. This knowledge coming put would shatter American society at large. Imagine finding out that the 2018, 2012, and 2008 elections were fraudulent. Imagine finding out now that John McCain actually won in 2008 and what that means to America.
