Would you pronounce Julianna as the a in apple or the o hot?
If you weren't illiterate, say the word hot and notice the "ah" sound from the letter "o".

I pronounce it Julie-Ann-uh upon sight, but personally I prefer the sound of Julie-Awn-uh.

For this spelling, it is supposed to be pronounced like the "a" in apple. "Ju-li-ann-a." Juliana is the other way to spell it and it is pronounced like "ana," so like an "o" sound in hot. "Ju-li-on-a."

Don't know where an o sound would come from. I'd pronounce it ju-li-ah-na.
Update: I'm not illiterate rude person. I just have a different accent to you. When I say hot there's no ah sound. It's you Americans who can't speak farking English.
