Why is this happening on Facebook? ?

So I tried to sign into my account that has been disabled for several months..it kept saying error. So i tried making a new account from scratch and it also kept giving me an error. So i tried again to sign into my account using my phone number and it finally worked but had a name that is not mine. The account was empty but the name was weird. I filled out my information well..most of it and before i even got to add anyone Facebook made me send a video to confirm I'm not a robot and is now saying they need to review my account. WTF..??

    Someone may have Stolen your Number and used it to make a Account

    Cancel culture is targeting people they deem offensive in some way first thing to go is account access you might also have to worry about I.D theft...
