Are Black, Asian, Middle Eastern, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, Pacific Islander, mixed race, etc people are Europeans?

Obviously not. But I would treat people who are majority European parentage with a small amount of any kind of “other”, who were raised in Euro-derived culture, who fit in with Euro-derived society and act only Euro, as fellow Euros.

Hispania was a Roman province located in Iberian Peninsula, in Europe.

Latium is the region of central western Italy in which the city of Rome was founded and grew to be the capital city of the Roman Empire. Italy is in Europe.
