Why is the British government being secretive about the recovery rate...?

I'm looking at a live count of Covid19 in every country (on YouTube). It says how many cases, deaths and recoveries in each country as of late. But the UK says N/A in the "recovered" section. Why??

Also another country not reporting No. of recovered cases is Sweden. It's just very odd. Does recovery not matter then?

Recovery is a matter of definition. Covid 19 seems to have long term consequences, like lung damage, maybe other sorts. So what is recovery in your mind?

Recovery rate cannot be measured in a vacuum. What is the definition of recovery being used. If you are good for 3 months, 4 months, etc.

You can see from the stats provided, those who have not died, so the rest will either be fully recovered or suffering some complications.

Different countries have different ways of recording data. It'll be n/a if they don't collect that data in an available way.

The infection rate is published. The death rate is published. What do you imagine the difference might be?

The reality is that the difference includes not only those who recovered but the approximately 10% who are suffering from so called 'long Covid', people for whom Covid-19 infection has left persistent illness or disability.  How many countries are reporting 'Long Covid' cases? Without knowing that number, it makes the reported 'recovery rates' pretty meaningless.
