Can anyone answer this vaccination question?

I got the Moderna vaccine, my only symptom is arm pain and swelling, which I know is normal. It's slightly swollen and extremely painful, I have trouble moving it. However,  if someone bumps the swollen area it makes me so dizzy I almost pass out, which my brother thinks is hilarious so he hits me there to see me squirm in pain and fall over. Is there anything that can help with this or do I have to tough it out?

You didn't say WHEN you got the shot. If your arm swells up more after 24 hrs has passed, call your doctor. Otherwise, just apply a cool, wet cloth and take OTC pain relievers. Move your arm and massage the muscle to get more blood circulation in that area.

Tylenol or Advil can help. And stay away from your brother.
