He’s trying to convince her to get a abortion as she has kidney problems, he has a pacemaker, no way no way they can keep it. Even tho she wants one bad, I can’t take it as far away and a senior citizen to, what advice. Be nice tho,
THEY BEEN LIVING TOGETHER FOR 12 YEARS,
He’s 47. She’s 10 years younger than him. ..

It's both of their faults for having either consistent or non protective sex if they didn't want kids.
I don't want kids, so I see no reason for having sex. Life is so much better knowing that I will not get pregnant this way.
If someone ever forced themselves onto me and I got pregnant, I will gladly get an abortion because I have no one else's feelings to consider but my own.
It's different when you're in a relationship especially if the woman wants to keep the kid. Let them do what they wish, just DO NOT allow yourself to become the full time babysitter.
Because guess who they are expecting to take care of this thing? That's right. It's mommy/daddy.

If he didn’t want kids he should have gotten a vasectomy.
This is between the women and her doctor. NO ONE ELSE.

if the doctor says it’s safe for her to give birth, considering she has kidney problems, then they’ll have to decide. if the doctor says it isn’t safe then she should get an abortion to protect herself. at the same time, taking care of a child, especially newborn through toddler years are hard work and alot of stress.. tell her to think about that

They will do what they want to do; no doubt their local social or child services are aware of potential problems. If not, they will be made aware by their nurses, doctors, midwives or whoever is involved. You can always contact them yourself to make sure that is the case.
I wish you all well!

Unless/until the child is born, there is absolutely nothing you can do about the situation. She cannot be compelled to have an abortion. Once the child is born, if you think the child is being neglected, either due to mental illness or physical inability to care for it, then you can report it to the local youth services, who will investigate and take custody if needed.
