Does amazon have it's own dedicated delivery service or do they use usps?

Yes and no.  Amazon uses their own, USPS, private contractors, Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, etc. They use whatever is fastest and least expensive on a case by case basis.

I hate their drivers because they disrupt our neighborhood with loud music, and Amazon does not give us a way to file a complaint.

Yes and yes.   And those are not the only two ways Amazon gets packages to customers.
