Do management, leads, and supervisors working for Walmart hate their lives?

If they like their job then they probably don't hate their lives. They would probably dislike certain aspects of their job, but they shouldn't hate their life. 

At least they have a job that gets better pay and more hours, then the people working under them. 

Walmart has over 10,000 stores and each one probably has several dozen employees in those positions.

I doubt there is ANY generalization you can make that applies to all of them other than they're all human beings who eat, breath, poop, and work at WalMart.

Probably not, but they might hate parts of their job or some of the people they work with.  Pretty normal stuff.
