We are all God's children? ?

It doesn't make him anything.  No sex was involved.

No, we are not all God’s children.  You must be adopted into His kingdom solely by His grace.

We are all God's children and he is our Father, 

2 Cor 16:18 And, “I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.”

We are NOT all God's children. The only way to become a child of God is through faith in Jesus Christ (John 1:12). The truth is that death leads to heaven or hell, and the only way to heaven is through faith in Jesus Christ.

The Bible teaches that we are all sinners who deserve eternal separation from God in hell. But the good news is that the Lord Jesus Christ died on the cross to pay for all our sins and rose again (1 Cor. 15:3-4). Because of the shed blood of Christ, no one has to go to hell. All one must do to receive eternal life is to believe in Jesus Christ for that free gift! The moment you believe in Christ alone to save you (apart from works), you are kept eternally secure and will go to heaven when you die no matter what.

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life" (John 5:24).

True concept of God: Allah is one and alone,he is eternal,he is neither born nor give birth there is nothing like him

There is no God, as evidenced by the fact that no one is preventing my stalker from harassing me.
