Who do you think will be the next Doctor?

Who do you think is going to take over after Jodie? My bet's on Jo Martin. It's never outright said where she comes in the regeneration cycle, but her Tardis is already... well, Tardis shaped, which originally only happened with Hartnell.

Update:

I'm talking about Doctor Who, not the NHS.

Most of us stopped watching a Doctor and a half ago.  It should never have been about PCBS it should have been about story.  Show is dead, just lay it to rest.

Cancel the show, it has been going downhill since Capello, too much propaganda, their version of a baddie is Trump!

Pass, couldn't care less who the next Doctor is,

WOKE killed Doctor Who's ratings this yr so if they insist on Jo Martin and another WOKE year i can't see it surviving.

They've made a joke out of Regeneration ,one of the sacred things of Dr Who as far as i was concerned.

Jo Martin was good,a very strong authortive character

But I think it will go to someone who is a fresh new talent.

My main beef is the writing, the storylines are a lot of re-hash ideas. Need more creativity

Haha, a black female Doctor would cause the biggest controversy ever. I don't know. I'm not entirely sure I get what you mean with your point about regeneration cycle; I've always assumed the Doctors regenerations were chronological in the order we see them on the TV, because there's no reason not to think so. Although there was recently the War Doctor, between other Doctors, and in a Ton Baker episode they said something like "Remember who you used to be" and showed photos of the writers of Doctor Who, presumably implying there were Doctors before Hartnell.

I'd love to see Richard Ayoade in the role, but still not ginger.

St. Luke is the patron saint of doctors, and the Angel Raphael is the patron of people who work in the medical profession.
