do we have to draw naked bodies in art class?

i'll be in a drawing class and a painting class next year for high school, and i hope we don't have to draw naked bodies like you see in the movies! hahaha

    Not in high school most likely, but even if you have to many people choose to censor their human form studies if you aren't comfortable with it.

    Yes, like they peel it all off.  How are you going to draw a good dinosaur when they are covered with feathers? 

    - they peel it all off so you can see the bruising under the skin of a banana(besides I ran out of yellow.)

    Why, what’s the problem?  Having had a Uni arts education, life drawing is part of that.  You’ll get used to it believe me. I haven’t done any in a while but I always enjoyed it.  Like any skill the more you do the better you’ll get.  You’ll eventually see the model as just shapes, weight, light and tone.

    If this is for school, I doubt whether you’ll get a nude model.

    Only in colleges will you draw naked bodies, and I mean real university colleges.
