Do hotel soap bars kill germs?
I want to know this because when we return to our old lives again and I plan on going to a hotel and I need to wash my hands after using the bathroom, or after being in a public place (I’m sure we’ll still be washing our hands but just not as often as now). I want to know if the hotel soap bars kill germs. Do they kill germs yes or no? If they do, what ingredients in hotel soap bars kill germs?

Yes, of course they do. All soaps kill germs. That's the purpose of soap. Before the pandemic, many experts recommended just washing hands with soap, not using hand sanitizers. Soap is sufficient by itself. The point of hand sanitizers is that you can carry them around and use them even when you don't have water available.

There is nothing special about hotel soap. Soap is soap. Hotel soap will kill as many germs as any soap does. That's to say, none or very few. Soap does not kill germs.
That isn't why we use it. What soap does is make it possible for clean water to wash the germs away.
