How would women and feminists feel if men were given the same rights, respect and dignity that women get?

People earn respect.... that's how it goes.

I personally believe all people should be granted equal legal rights.

Going through your list:

- Selective service should be abolished IMO. We have armed forces and any future *world war* would likely have a significant nuclear component.

- Cancers should not be financed by gender, but bu how many deaths they cause. Lung, colorectal, and pancreatic cancers cause the most deaths, and kill people of both genders and all cancers should be funded accordingly. 

- Yes, there should be a department for men's health, including mental health.- Nobody should be in the wrong-gender locker room.

- Only a tiny minority of people label all men as predators and most people don't think that way. Men are already working in healthcare and caring for the opposite gender.

- I support making routine infant circumcision of boys illegal. Many men, however, support it and also many doctors support it because it makes money.

- IMO, the only way to terminate your parental responsibilities, for both men and women, should be through legal adoption to which both biological parents have agreed. I support making abortion a criminal offense and I am against "financial abortion." If you had sex and created a life, then step up, love that baby, pay for it, or give it a good life with a couple who will. 

- As with locker rooms in sports, people should not be in the wrong-gender showers.- I'm not really familiar with Twana Sparks and Mary Winkler but Andrea Yates was mentally ill and it's often true that men with mental illnesses are not held accountable for their actions too.

- Yes, we should help boys in education and we shouldn't call them stupid. All children deserve the right to a good education. - IMO, anyone who molests a child should be sentenced to death, regardless of gender.

If you want more money to go to mens cancers then start donating. 

Men live shorter lifespans for several reasons such as men being less likely to see a doctor, doing riskier jobs and having lower estrogen levels. 

Male reporters and staff should not be allowed in the womens locker rooms nor should female reporters and staff be allowed in the mens locker rooms. 

Men can care for people of the opposite sex. I work with men that do. The choice should be given to the people they are caring for. 

I agree circumcision should be illegal unless medically necessary or an adult makes the choice. 

Not sure what you mean by terminate parental responsibilities. That can mean several things. 

Male prison officers should not be able to supervise womens showers and and strip search women nor should female prison officers be able to supervise mens showers and strip search men. 

Not sure what those women did and don't car to look it up so I cant comment. 

How are boys and girls treated differently education wise? 

Female pedophiles should get the same sentences as male pedophiles. 

This is precisely why the ERA was never passed:  Some women pointed out that equal rights would be a step backwards for women, because they would lose all their female specific advantages.  Women have even more advantages now than then.  

when males want equal rights, conservatves call them sissies, so conservatives are the real enemy of equal male rights.

Feminists are not interested in equality of Responsibilities and societal expectations.  They deem that to be "sexist" actually.  It's commonplace to tell men to "man up" to their societal expectations.  But feminism gave women the choice to drop their societal expectations.  Now just asking a woman to perform some traditional obligation is called "sexist".For men though, it is expected that they "man up" and be the gentlemen they are "supposed to" be, otherwise they are deemed selfish.

The other thing is that feminist now deem their privileges to be "women's rights".  So just trying to get to a true equality by talking about getting rid of legal privileges for women is framed as "taking away women's rights".  So it appears that feminist have no appetite for a true equality.  They like things the way they are with equal Rights and lesser Responsibilities.
