    You have to make arrangements ahead of time to rent the equipment and have it delivered to your cabin.  

    Rarely, an organization will charter a specific ship( at a greatly increased cost over booking yourself) and they will do the legwork about getting facilities on board.

    Generally not; this is hugely specialised equipment.
