2008 Honda Accord v6 coupe Automatic vs 1999 Pontiac Firebird v6 Automatic.?

I'm looking for a daily driver and I heard both of these are reliable even the firebird. I want a car that's smooth, quiet, comfortable, and good visibility but i don't know how they compare. Also is the pontiac firebird too low will it scratch on speed bumps, entering driveways, also when parking will it hit the curb.

Also just curious could the firebird handle snowy weather and is it almost as reliable as a honda accord i heard the last gen firebirds and the 90s camaros were quite reliable

I just want to add that I'm aiming at getting a Firebird with 50,000 miles or less

    The Firebird is RWD and no good in the snow.

    The Firebird was not a good car brand new, the junkyards are collecting  the last of them by now.

    The Firebird is nine years older and it is obsolete, out of production.  Take the Honda.

    Honda's have an impeccable reputation. More of a family car than the Firebird.  And 9 years newer.   

    The Firebird  is supposed to be 'sportier' but as a v6 automatic , it will not be that fast or low.  Rear wheel drive will never be that good in snow, but people drove like that for decades ( and pushed the car when necessary).

    Both these cars are aging .  The Firebird  being 9 years older.(!)  So much of their reliability depends on the abuse vs maintenance over the years.

    If I was betting, I would bet on the Honda as the best in the long run.

    If you are looking for a reliable car, it’s a good idea to get one with less than 100,000 miles. The typical driver puts about 12,000 miles on a car per year.  That means that a 1999 Pontiac Firebird will probably have a ton of mileage on it.

    Test drive both. Personally I would choose the Honda. Asian engineering is world class.
