Are places like restaurants and ice cream parlours being told to shut early because of lockdown?

    Anywhere that doesn't offer takeaway is currently closed. There is no early closing required, as no-one's eating out.

    They can do takeaway and delivery until 10pm, they can't do dine in at any time.
