Do most work places only hire you if you're attractive?
I am 27 and I've never had a job, I have had a lot of interviews in the past and I feel like every one of them went good but I never get offered the job so it's making me wonder do most places base it on your looks.

It always helps, but it isn't essential. Take a look at the workforce, how many people do you see working that are not attractive?
Have you ever requested feedback after being turned down? It's always a good idea.

Depending on your job. If entertainment, yes they need appearance 1st for company marketing point of view. If besides entertainment, then not always a NO! Depending on the interviewer point of view if their company need an attractive woman or man to boost their working environment.
But mostly, for being fluent in answering questions, a bit fun, and to show that we can work as the company hope for is very important. Too overconfidence or too much giving answers more than the interviewer needs also a bad move. Do not forget try to dress neat when you are interviewed depending on the work place you choose.

If you are talking about hooters and strip clubs then yes they do but other than that almost always no. Maybe work on some social skills and get things on your resume that could help you.

Or perhaps it is your interviewing skills.
A lot of your appearance you can control. Clean and well groomed hair. Appropriate clothing. Clean and pressed.
Have you ever ask for feed back on your interview?
