He has no idea what he means. One of his handlers just told him to say that.

There hasn't been much that any Democrat could have done in Washington over the last 47 years, because, the country's been locked into Republican supply side economic policies for nearly all of that.

The last fundamental change was Reagan's flip, in 1981, of our economy to supply-side economic theory which has been GREAT for the top 25% of the country but devastating for everyone else ... not to mention the current horrendous condition of our national debt and our lowered status on the world stage.

We are in NEED of another fundamental change today. The country has been voting for that since 2008. And, Democrats would like to rebuild the middle class and the country by using FDR's 1933 fundamental shift to demand side economic theory as the model to undo the damage the GOP's trickle down scam has caused.

What does he mean? He means the same thing Obama meant when he said in 2008 that if he won, he would "fundamentally transform" America. Bernie Sanders said earlier before he dropped out, that he would transform America. Now, Biden is saying he will transform America if elected. The transformation that all three of these men want is to change The United States from a Constitutional Republic to a Socialist government with restrictions on our freedoms and liberties, while empowering Government win over "The People".

If he wins and both Houses of Congress have a Democrat majority, and there's a good chance of that happening, you'll see.

He's going to change the country by getting elected.  The way he gets elected is by saying he is going to change the country. One hand washes the other.

You really think nothing in this country has changed in 47 years? You cons scream an awful lot about it...
