What are the chances of Trump supporters who because COVID is Dem hoax or just a cold will sign Trumps COVID waiver for his rally without ?
fully thinking though why a such waiver would be needed in the first place?

Pretty high. The average Trumpie is not known for having the ability to think. They just follow orders "Because (their Fearless Leader) said it."
