What level of points is higher L7 or L2 as I started off at L7 I think but last few weeks it went to L2? I have like over 800 points?

I think you need your eyes checked........you were never a level 7  with only 800 points.

The account you're using now was never a Level 7. Perhaps it's time to make an appointment with your ophthalmologist, since you're having trouble discerning between 1 and 7 with the font used on the site.  All new accounts begin at level 1 and go up. They don't start at 7 and work down.

Level 7 you need 25 thousand Points to get that Far up
