I just purchased a 2014 Lexus ES300H from a family member. Do I qualify for any tax credit, rebate or HOV access?

I live in California. How would I go about reaping an of these benefits?

You don't get a tax credit because you aren't the original owner.

The Lexus does not have any cars that are eligible for car pool stickers.

This is the official state of CA carpool sticker qualifying car list.

You bought a vehicle. PERIOD.  "Does not matter from who."  So no tax credit.   No HOV Access unless you have more than 1 person in the car when you are traveling.  Maybe the warranty will extend to you but that is about it.
