a bank in india not transferring my money to british bank?

    May be it,s good for your british money further more,I see that some bank have a system:To turn a money to Pound,Yen or else.

    What do you expect a world of strangers who have nothing to do with you or your bank to do about it?

    Asking here makes as much sense as trying to order a Ford Focus from your local fish and chips shop...

    Contact the Indian bank. If they aren’t responding then your UK bank *might* be able to help but if not then you’ll have to use the legal process in India, which runs at a snail’s pace normally and with the current pandemic will have pretty much stopped altogether for Civil Litigation. Which could also explain the bank delay.

    check with the bank whats wrong, might be some paperwork problem.

    It may be related to KYC or money laundering issues or other regulatory obligations.

    If this were so, then check whether you have foreign exchange approval to make the transfer.
