    I'm pretty sure it's hand-drawn, or at least hand-altered.

Notice how the "e" at the end of "Little" has such a large curl

but the other "e"s do not.

    Typically in a computer font

a particular letter will ALWAYS be drawn the same way.

    So

    in that font

we have differences in how letters are drawn

    and this suggests "hand crafted".

Given how identical the letters look otherwise

I'm guessing that it is a computer font that has been hand-altered.

    Points of note:

The very curly capital "L", "P" and "W"

curling a little more than an entire circle at the top left

but on the "P" and "W" not crossing the pen stroke.

The bottom stem of the "P" curls to the right (rather than the left, which is much more typical).

Commercial Script BT is very similar but not identical. Most people probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference without carefully comparing the two side-by-side.

I recently tried to figure out what font some writing was.  I painstakingly compared it to all the fonts I found offered online, but never found it.  The problem is there are thousands of fonts out there.  Most people are only familiar with the fonts they use most of the time.
