McDonald's bathroom weirdness - please read below?

Walked into McDonald's bathroom to pee early in the morning, there's a guy, I kid you not, on his knees, with his face in the men's urinal, just well... i dunno.
Question is.. what was he doing?

This is call Wudu. It is the Islamic washing purification before prayer. Wuḍūʾ is the Islamic procedure for cleansing parts of the body, a type of ritual purification, or ablution. Wudu involves washing the hands, mouth, nostrils, arms and feet. No matter where you are, this has to take place. It just so happens that this man was using the urinal for wudu. Those new to this country mistake a urinal as a place to practice this ritual. I hope this helps.

It sounds like he was depressed. If you happen to see him again, try sharing the gospel of Jesus with him. If you're not religious, just try to talk to him. It's also possible he was sick and throwing up, or maybe he was drunk/on drugs. From the way you describe it, it sounds like severe depression. Pray that God helps him.
