Fitness Question: If I work out less often but more intensely, will I lose weight faster?

Currently, I work out every day, but I feel like my workouts could and should be more intense. I do 100 jumping jacks every day. I work around twenty to thirty pushups, twenty crunches, I go outside and run a mile or less. So my question is, if I exercised three days a week, but 200 jumping jacks, two mile run, a lot more push ups and crunches, would I see better and faster results? Thank you for your time, your help is appreciated 😎

Losing weight is mostly about what you eat.

Exercise is good for you and you should do it but if you want to lose more weight, eat less.

Exercising for short intense intervals (i.e. interval training) has many good health benefits. But then again changing up your exercise routine is always a good idea. There is no one "best" way to exercise: it's all good.

Just keep your heart rate up for as long as possible, everyday.
