Luke Skywalker (The Last Jedi) vs. Silver Surfer?
The power cosmic vs. Luke in his prime? Who do you think wins? I think Luke. More powerful, and The Force is stronger than cosmic power.

Nope.
The power Cosmic is FAR beyond anything Luke is able to do.
Using the Power Cosmic, the Silver Surfer can find anyone anywhere in the universe, and travel to them at ridiculous speeds. He is also able to travel through time, and survive the Big Bang (yes, thats happened).
The Surfer's power level is far beyond any Jedi, even Luke Skywalker.

silver surfer...far and away, way too fast, way too powerful. luke can move things with his mind and he can anticipate the future, but he still has just a human body. he is done in one hit from someone as powerful as silver surfer. further, i don't think any of luke's attacks could hurt silver surfer. and that astral projection trick he pulled in last jedi wouldn't work on silver surfer who could sense the difference. i don't understand how this is even a question and am completely baffled why everyone so far has picked luke.
in short, silver surfer could get within 100 feet of luke skywalker, punch the air, and the shockwave alone would kill luke. being hip to the force can't protect him.

Agreed. With the power of force on his side, Luke Skywalker is not an someone that can be beaten very easily.
