Can you name a boy being Kevian has been in process of change of gender to become a girl?

    As I know SHIVALI KUMAR CHHETRI is one such person who

    was born a boy,studied in Kendriya Vidyalaya,removed testicles and

    trying to be a girl,she was awarded with a prestegious award for

    transgenders
