It is better to join a small organisation over big MNC ?

Update:

I am an Engineer working in a big organisation(5000+ peoples),

And Recently I Got some employment opportunity in a big organisation(5000+) with 30% salary hike and a small organisation(100+) with 80% salary hike,

Update 2:

The big organisation has lots of employment benefits where small organisation doesn't have,

My question is if I join the small organisation,Will i able get an opportunity again in a big organisation ?

I am just confused with selecting the offer,Help would be very appreciable

    It really is up to you. Small companies can be very lucrative and you can do lots of tasks/jobs. A big company, you could get niched into making widgets and get thrown out when the widget is no longer needed. A person with less financial responsibilities might opt for the smaller company if equity is involved, but a big company might be lucrative in the long run.

    As long as you know your stuff and have some years of experience, you can always be hired at a big company, but maybe not the same opportunity.
