He was in my opinion. The year before he went to Miami he averaged 24 points and almost 11 rebounds per game in Toronto. That year alone he was easily one of the 20 best players in the league. He also had 2 other seasons where he averaged around 22 and 10-11 rebounds. Not a lot of guys in the NBA were putting up 20 and 10 over entire seasons when he was doing it.
