What is your favorite dishes you met outside your country and still loving to eat in your country?

I've never been outside the country myself. My favorite chef, though, does take frequent trips to the Jalisco area of Mexico and always brings back a new type of dish. My favorite from people that have traveled would be from him and a nice elderly lady from Thailand. For the mexican dish, it would be camarones ala diabla, though his other dishes are good too. From her at the other place, pad gai krapow, which she makes as hot as you want :)
