Please help me with this letter, It is needed by tomorrow night.?

This letter was written by a 68 year old woman. She asked me to straighten it up for her. I am not very smart with this.I have heard that, as people age the write too much and do not know when to stop talking. Well, I do not know what to take out and what to add. Please help.She is still trying to work and I have heard that she does it well.
