i have completed ccna ,ccnp ,ccie . so how to a job in networking field ?in which country i can get job ?

Well, you won't get a job in most English speaking countries until you can clean up your English. Take a course in the English language first. While doing that, get experience in your field in your own country. Most "degrees" are not worth that much without experience, especially with most CCNA, CCNP, etc. "degrees" - they are very common...
