Finish your bachelor's in your own country. You generally cannot transfer schools internationally and get credit for courses taken in your home country. Also, leaving a degree program unfinished & trying to start over abroad is a red flag to visa officers - sign of intent to remain, not intent to get a degree & go home as required by visa regulations.
