Why can't I give thumbs up or down any more?
Ever since they changed from green to the new blue format, I have been unable to give thumbs up or down. It does not work. Anyone know why? Is there a setting?

You can but it may be a glitch.Exit the browser and reenter and see what happens.

It worked that time. Thanks Jay. Usually it doesn't. I didn't know I could answer my own questions though.
