SBI net banking has becom,e defunct and no response to complints.do you face the same problem?

Ihave been trying to transfer funds by SBI online.i do not receive high security pass word to complete the transaction.this has been so for more than a fortnight now .do you have the same problem?

I do not have that problem, but I have been noticing for the past few years a lot of complaints about SBI.
