is this ram compatible with my motherboard ?

i bought this ram " Transcend DDR3-1333 DDR3 4 GB PC RAM (JM1333KLN-4G)" http://www.flipkart.com/transcend-ddr3-1333-ddr3-4... But after installing this ram, my computer won't start so i wanna know whether its a ram issue or compatible issue..     According to the Intel board specs, any 4GB memory module should be double sided (16 chips total on module). There are some that are single sided, which may not work (though rare...)

    At Crucial.com, they list 4GB modules as 512MBx64

    If your module is double sided, it should work.... Don't mix it with other, older ram, just test it stand alone, to see if it works....
