Where is the secondary air pump relay on an Audi A8. 2001? And is there a kit for intake air flaps that are stuck?

Most likely its not the relay but the actual air pump that has gone bad. I believe it is located inside the air box, I might be thinking of D3 style so that could be wrong. The intake manifold is easy enough to rebuild and unstick with a puller, some sand paper and some lube.
