Broking Houses in India - are they fair and honest to investor community. I am an intraday trader.?

Sometimes when I place an online buy/sell order, it remains pending for a long time. On contacting them once or twice, they said the particular dealer was on leave. On such occasions, I lose valuable time and a good opportunity to buy or sell. Another instance, is order remaining 'open' while partial quantities get executed which I come to know only if I check 'trade book'. Here also I keep waiting for the order to be executed as there is no indication of the partial quantities executed in the 'Order Book'. Can any body throw light on this?
