Can the Windows On-screen keyboard be a substitute for any virtual keyboard of online-banking sites?

Please explain its security features also.

    Virtual keyboards disallow spywares and trackers to follow your password. But the virtual keyboard on the website is better. I had once created a spyware that can trace click. Although i don't harm people. Only for educational purpose
