Types of fitness workouts?

Does anyone know some good workout styles for getting fit and slim?

    Water does not have nutrients. Water is two elements, 3 atoms (feel free to yell at me chem nerds). Water is 100% vital to every system in your body but it doesn't add to your body, so to speak. If it has nutrients, it has calories as a fundamental law of physics. Water stays exactly as it is in your body, it doesn't break down and thus doesn't release energy, hence no calories or nutrients. Sugar is a ring of carbons that release energy as they break down, hence calories. Protein is a big ol' pile of amino acids, they give and take energy to break down but then the different amino acids, moderately complex structures, become building blocks to make your hair, skin, etc. The last few inches of your hair is that burger and that peanut butter you've been eating. It's also the cocaine you've been snorting, which is why there's a drug test for your hair.

    That said, yes, stop drinking soda. But look on Youtube if you like, it's endless. Look for people with at least, decent cameras. Don't just go for the first schmuck in their bedroom you see. At the very least, if you don't find a workout you like much, just walk. Find a hilly place, a rocky unstable place and just walk. Bike if you have one. Go as far as you can and then be forced to do twice that much when you have to walk or bike back. Anything is better than nothing. Slapping the couch is great if that's all you've got. Bedridden people at 900 pounds start by clapping their hands.

    Burpees with 5 kilo weights are great.
