How do you clean your home while doing your job?

make it a habit to clean up the kitchen right after dinner, and even little kids can help clear the table, wash counters, you can talk to them about their day and help make it family time, if you rush around each night after work making dinner plan ahead so you can put something in the crockpot in the morning at least 3 days per week and have it ready when you get home, use that time to scour the bathroom one day, and to pickup LR and vacuum another day etc. I work full time and do the basics each day, but every week night I pick one room and do a heavy duty cleaning Monday and Tuesday I did the kitchen, Wed was bathroom and dining room, thurs was LR and bed room, you have to plan and the kids and hubby should pitch in too

I am a house wife and find creative ways to keep a house clean when I'm living with 2 really dirty inlaws. Make a list of priories like keeping things that NEED to be clean like the kitchen counters or the toilet and do those things first. Toys on the floor can be dealt with later, what's more important is keeping things you use the most the cleanest so no one gets sick. Try doing a small load of laundry everyday so you keep on top of that. Make time for you too, you deserve a break every now and than.

Well, every member of the household has to pitch in. I live in a four member household. I have a 10 year old and a 13 year old and a man. The kids clean their room, the bathroom and take the trash out and help with the laundry. The man cleans the kitchen and living room. I clean the bedroom and the bathroom, take the trash out and supplement where needed.
