M.D. or Justice of the Peace, an elected position, are the only ones who can sign the Death Certificate.

No he is not authorized , In India Govt MBBS govt doctors only authorized to give not even Dentist but for value u need certificate from municipal

yes any homoeopathic dr can issue death certificates that certificates submit to municipal office and take a death certificates
