How to connect android phone to internet of pc via USb cable or bluetooth?

I have got a pc with internet connection in it. I want to use the internet connection of my pc in my android phone. I do not have wifi in my pc so tell me the method of connecting via bluetooth or usb cable?

    No dear Its not possible. You can run internet from your mobile to PC but not from PC to mobile.

    No, it is not possible to use internet from PC to mobile without Wi-fi. You can easily use internet from mobile to PC via USB cable or bluetooth.
