What is the difference between confidence and Intuition?

Intuition is really of mind picking up clues/hints on the situation, and figuring out what to do.

When you do have good confidence, you do have in your mind, in your eyes, in your face, in the whole of your own person and personality, the fresh glow of safe life. Good intuition is the genuine peering into the true reality of things, of an event or of events.

Good intuition can help to a good attitude towards something; then you do know what to do and you can do it in a glowing rational way. When you do have good intuition, you are smart; people might admire or envy you for that!

Confidence is something you gain from being successful. Children become confident because they have supportive adults around them who encourage them and do not put them down. People who know they are loved for who they are also are confident.

Intuition is not of the mind at all, not in its true sense. I know there are many definitions of intuition online, but true intuition is when a knowing comes to you without a rational cause. It can come to you in many ways. When you walk with your intuition, you will also have confidence for you have access to knowledge that is beyond what is of the physical world. Most westerners do not believe in this, however.

    They are two different things.

Intuition is a gut feeling based on observation.

Confidence is knowing you can do something because of past experience.
